Retreats

Treat yourself to some relaxation and me-time in the company of like-minded women.

I run daytime gatherings on a Saturday, providing a calm and welcoming space for women to take a break, hear from speakers on a range of topics, and get tips and tools to improve their self-care and manage various life scenarios. Through hearing from the speakers and guided, structured conversations and reflections, women share their stories and take away practical ideas to improve their day-to-day life experience, interactions with others, and their wellbeing.

2026 retreats will continue to take place in South Buckinghamshire and within striking distance of Amersham. A residential retreat will also take place in the Cotswolds, from Sunday June 14th to Wednesday June 17th. Watch this space for updates.

Supper Clubs

These special evenings offer a midweek chance to unwind and enjoy a talk from a carefully selected speaker. A relaxed and exclusive gathering for up

to 20 women, to pep up your week with good

company and uplifting conversation.

Enjoy a delicious three-course meal, with a glass of fizz. A range of topics are covered by our fantastic speakers on women’s health, wellbeing, beauty, home hacks, entertaining, parenting, and more…

Pop-ups

These bite-sized, fun evening events are a perfect midweek boost - two hours of inspiration, connection, and calm.

Designed as a light-touch way to nurture your wellbeing, each Pop-up blends a focused theme with practical takeaways you can use right away.

Join a small group of women from 6.30pm to 8.30pm in a welcoming space, for uplifting conversation and a moment to pause in the middle of a busy week.

Workshops

Our daytime workshops are deliberately scheduled between school runs, giving you space to focus on you without juggling the morning or afternoon rush.

These practical, supportive sessions dive deeper into themes such as confidence, mindset, female health, family topics and wellbeing to assist you with everyday balance.

Held in a calm, nurturing setting, each workshop brings together a small group of women for shared learning, honest conversation, and simple tools to help life feel lighter and easier.

Mini-Conferences

Created for organisations, teams, and individual professionals, our mini-conferences offer a refreshing blend of expert insight, wellbeing-focused content, and real-world tools for thriving at work and in life.

These high impact, engaging events bring together inspiring speakers and interactive sessions designed to spark reflection on important topics, support mental wellbeing, and strengthen communication and confidence. Ideal for corporates and SMEs looking to invest in their people in a human-centred way.

Coaching | Training | Workshops

I offer bespoke coaching, training, and workshops designed to help women and teenage girls prioritise their self-care, build confidence, and create a life that truly works for them.

Through practical strategies, supportive conversations, and guided reflection, I help you cut through overwhelm, set meaningful priorities, and take action. Whether it’s navigating life’s demands, setting healthy boundaries, or making space for things that bring you joy, health and fitness or personal growth, my approach is realistic, empowering, and tailored to your unique journey.

I support individual women, or groups, as well as teams or women’s networks within corporates. I also have a programme designed specifically for schools to engage the next generation of young women and help them rise.
