A Luxury 3-Night Sekawomen Residential Retreat
Burleigh Court, The Cotswolds | 14–17 June 2026
Space to rest. Reflect. Re-energise.
You would value time to reflect on the year so far.
You appreciate thoughtful conversation with like-minded women.
You long for a few days in beautiful, calm surroundings.
And you would like to return home feeling clearer and lighter.

DEEP REST
Time slows down here. Mornings begin gently. Conversations are unhurried. You are not organising, hosting, or holding everything together. Instead, you can sit back and relax. Through nourishing meals, restorative practices and quiet moments in the beautiful hotel grounds, you gain energy and enjoy a renewed sense of peace and calm.
HONEST REFLECTION
You’ll step back from the noise of everyday life and look at your year so far with clarity rather than pressure. Not to criticise or analyse - but to understand. To notice what has worked, what no longer fits, and where you want to focus more attention. You won’t spend the time looking in the rear-view mirror. You’ll use reflection to shape intention.
RENEWED DIRECTION
As the days unfold, your focus turns forward. Through a combination of thoughtful coaching, meaningful conversation and time alone to think, you’ll begin shaping how you want the rest of 2026 to feel. You’ll leave with clarity and a stronger sense of direction - returning home not just well rested, but with a clear plan for the months ahead.

To articulate what they want. To speak with greater confidence. To communicate their needs and aspirations with clarity and power.
Alongside this, my own journey, including periods of burnout, has deepened my commitment to supporting women in caring for themselves more intentionally, so they can live well, not just perform well.
Throughout this retreat, the coaching elements bring these strands together. You will be guided through structured reflection, thoughtful conversation and practical exercises designed to help you clarify what matters most now - and how you want the second half of your year to feel.
This is not about fixing you. It's about creating space for you to design your life more deliberately - and to leave feeling equipped to thrive in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.

“The day was varied, interesting and genuinely inspiring. I loved the mix of reflection and practical ideas I could take away and apply immediately. I left with greater confidence and felt more empowered to try new things - especially in how I communicate. It felt like investing in myself in the best possible way.”
— Early 40s, senior professional, Amersham retreat attendee

“I came away feeling much better about myself and more aware of what I need. I’ve struggled at times with expressing myself, and this gave me the courage to begin changing that. It was also lovely to meet women with similar interests, all needing some ‘me time’ like I did. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming and completely unpressured.”
— Mid 60s, recently retired, London retreat attendee

“A time to reflect and pause, and to see things from a different perspective. I felt gently challenged in ways that were stretching but safe. It wasn’t overwhelming - it was thoughtful. I left with more clarity than I arrived with, and that shift has stayed with me. Thank you for hosting another wonderful retreat.”
— Late 50s, semi-retired, London retreat attendee
